Specialty Cake Descriptions

CASSATA CAKE 

All white cake soaked with amaretto liquor, filled with our cannoli cream and iced in a vanilla butter cream.

CAFFÉ FRANGELICO

 All white cake soaked with espresso simple syrup and filled with an almond mousse. Iced with a vanilla butter cream.

LIMONCELLO TORTE

All white cake soaked with limoncello simple syrup and filled with lemon curd and mascarpone lemon mousse. Iced with a vanilla butter cream.

TRES LECHE (THREE MILKS) 

All white cake soaked with three milk syrup and filled with a vanilla mousse. Iced with a vanilla butter cream.

LEMON RASPBERRY TORTE 

All white cake filled with lemon curd and raspberry mousse. Iced with a vanilla butter cream.

VIENNA TORTE 

All white cake filled with a thin layer of raspberry preserves, a thin layer of apricot preserves, and a thin layer of homemade custard. Iced with a vanilla butter cream.

CHOCOLATE COOKIES N CREAM 

Chocolate cake filled with a cookies n cream mousse and then iced with butter cream.

CHOCOLATE RUFFLE TORTE 

Chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and ganache. Iced with a chocolate butter cream.

BACIO 

All chocolate cake filled with a hazelnut mousse and chocolate ganache. Iced with chocolate butter cream.

RED VELVET 

Red Velvet cake filled with a cream cheese butter cream, then iced with butter cream.

CARROT CAKE 

Homemade carrot cake (contains nuts) filled with a cream cheese butter cream. Iced with butter cream.

BANANA CAKE 

Homemade Banana cake filled with ganache and chocolate mousse. Iced in chocolate butter cream.

RASPBERRY TUXEDO 

White and Chocolate cake alternating with a raspberry mousse filling and chocolate ganache. Iced with butter cream.

SALTED CARAMEL LAVENDER 

All white cake filled with a lavender mousse and salted caramel. Iced with a vanilla butter cream.
